Faith Formation Registration

The registration deadline for Faith Formation has passed. Late registrations will be accepted as space allows, and with an additional $50 fee. To learn more about the Faith Formation programs available at St. Ignatius, please select the “Faith Formation Welcome” tab from the dropdown menu or click here.

Catechesis en Espanol: To complete your child’s registration in Spanish, please fill out this form and return it to the parish office.

We are using a new online system for registrations this year, so please read the following carefully before you begin. We recognize that there are a number of steps, but we will be here to support you every step of the way:

  1. CREATE: Create an account with My Own Church

    1. Please allow 2-4 business days for account approval.

  2. UPDATE: Once your account has been approved, login with your new account and add/update members of your family

    1. Select “My Family” tab in My Own Church

    2. Click on “Family Detail”

  3. REGISTER: Register each of your children for the desired program

    1. Select the Faith Formation tab in My Own Church

    2. Click on “Online Registration”

    3. Follow the on-screen steps to add each student and select their desired class

    4. When you are done, click “Submit Registration”

    5. You will receive an automated email from the system confirming your request

  4. PAY: Faith Formation tuition can be paid by credit card or check

    1. To pay by credit card, please visit Connect Now Giving. We recommend that you create an account, so that you can manage your tuition payments and gifts to the parish all in one place. Instructions for creating this account can be found on the parish website. You can also pay via the “Quick Give” tab on the left.

    2. To pay by check, please make a check out to St. Ignatius and note “Faith Formation” in the memo line. Checks can be dropped off at the Parish Office or mailed to: 28 Commonwealth Ave, Chestnut Hill, MA 02467.

If you run into difficulties, please contact faithformation.ignatius@bc.edu. Faith Formation staff are available between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday - Thursday and on Sunday mornings.
